Anyway, last night Lou was "on duty" with Kelby and he came in to wake me up at around 1:30 AM saying he had to show me something. I thought boy it had better be good because I was sound asleep.
He proceeded to show me a HUGE spider he caught on the CEILING OF OUR CONDO!! He apparently did some research on it before waking me up and learned it is a Huntsman Spider, not poisonous (however not comforting to me), although will bite if threatened. Thank God he caught it is all I can say!
I literally burst into tears and could not calm down for a bit. And now to make matters worse the pest company who is coming on Thursday, wants us to keep it until then for them to take a look at. So needless to say it is in an empty pretzel container, in the laundry room, and still alive. I would have thought it would be dead by now with no air but apparently it is a survivor! Great!
I seriously am about to go and stay at my folks house for a while. Everywhere I go in the house I am on constant alert for spiders. Just thinking about it makes my skin crawl. And taking these pictures almost sent me to the ER.
Please God let this be the last one!

My god- it's huge! I'd be scared too- Eric is also seathly afraid of spiders! Does this one have hair on it? When I was 18 my room mate and I found a HUGE one ( I swear to you in weighed 5 pounds) in our laundry room on the ceiling and I refused to do laundry for like 2 months after that! I hope the spider- and any of his friends and/or family- are gone! lol
