Our little family...: Kelby's 6 months old!

Man it seems like I just posted that she was 5 months...time is flying with her!

Here are her stats from today:

Weight: 16 lbs. 4 oz. (55%)
Height: 27" (95%)

We have had a much less eventful week so that is good!

Kelby got her paci back...she was having a really hard time getting to sleep so the ped recommended giving it back until she is a year old. Yipee then we get to do it all over again!

Kaleb has done awesome and I am so proud of him! I don't think we are all the way through the woods yet, but he doesn't ask for it anymore. Won't be long now and it will be such a distant memory he won't even know what it is! Yeah right!! Really though he is growing up so fast and not having a paci anymore has really made him seem so much older.

Kelby has become quite the little rolly pollie! She started doing it again over the weekend and now does it quite often. She still hates to be on her belly once she gets there so we have to roll her back over after a minute. We took her off the rice cereal for now too...she was not grasping the swallowing factor and just overall did not seem as ready as we thought. No worries, we are definitely not in any rush so she will let us know when it is time again.

Daddy taught Kaleb to smell Kelby's feet and then say "eww" and shake his head and wrinkle his nose. It is too funny! He practically rips her leg out of it's socket trying to get her foot up to his nose (hasn't figured out yet that he's supposed to lean down to it). She doesn't seem to mind and usually ends up laughing about it.
