Our 1st family vacation...to Disney World!

I am the queen of documentation when it comes to the kids, scrapbooking, taking pictures, videos, the whole nine yards. Especially when it comes to their "firsts".

But let me tell you, there has not been anything quite like witnessing them meet Mickey and Minnie Mouse!

The trip was a raging success, as long as you don't take into account the fact that Lou and I had massive allergy attacks all day, with Lou hanging in there, but coming just shy of being incapacitated. I ended up going to my PCP today and she prescribed a nasal spray that I swear worked like a charm almost immediately. If only a couple of days sooner...

Oh well, it was memorable that's for sure!

But really, the kids were a dream; on the road, at the park, and in the hotel. Lou and I keep saying we don't deserve such good kids, but who knows, maybe we're not so bad after all!

I got as many pictures as I could although they don't come close to telling the story of our day. Some of them do show how horrible Lou was feeling because his eyes look all tired and red and swollen. He had to buy some Benadryl at the park and then was drinking iced lattes just to stay awake.

I bought some more pictures of Kaleb with Mickey and Minnie that the Disney photographer took so when I get them I will post them also. Can you believe just to download them to your computer for you to print out yourself cost's $14.95 PER PICTURE??!! Seriously I only ordered 6 of them and it cost more than our hotel room at Disney cost!

Oh well, wouldn't have got them if it was totally worth it in our eyes!

This was about an hour after getting to the park. We knew the day would go smooth after how easily they took their first nap!

Kelby started her nap at the hotel at 11 while Kaleb & I were swimming, slept all the way until we got home at 2, and even then we had to wake her up!
