Kelby is 8 months...and CRAWLING!

Ok so I may be exaggerating a little bit:) But she did start taking her first "crawls" ?

I don't know what the heck you call it, but she was on all fours and moved each arm and knee once or twice, which therefore propelled her in a forward direction! Tomorrow I bet she'll have carpet burns!

Height: 28" (90%)

This morning Lou and I both had doctor appts. so we asked Aunt Debbie and Uncle Chris to babysit. They ended up taking both kids to have lunch with Summer at school. It was a surprise for her and they said she loved it. It was really cold today so I had them dressed real warm and they looked precious. Kelby looked like a little hobgob with a stripped hat and pants and monkey slipper shoes. Kaleb was all decked out in his Dallas Cowboys jogging suit which was too big last year but perfect this year.

It was Kelby's first official outing without Mommy & Daddy and she did great! After lunch, Debbie and Chris took them to the park and had more fun. Then I picked them up and we went to visit Nana for a bit. Both of them slept on the way there and also on the way home. Once we finally got home is when Kelby started showing off and really getting going with the crawling. She was so tired though and she was getting cranky. Milestones and moodswings are almost one in the same.

I've got the video camera all ready to go for tomorrow so I can't wait!
